It is quite a hike up the hill from the harbour but it only takes about 7 mins. We only went down to the harbour of an evening as we spent the day sunbathing at the villa and going to the sea for a dip or to get a drink at the lovely taverna. All of which is a 2 min walk away. Property was gorgeous inside and well maintained. The owner was very helpful in her communication too.

Very conveniently located just off the port, with a beautiful view, a very comfortable apartment, perfectly clean with everything we needed. The host is very kind and ready to accomodate all our requests.

Porphyra Studio está en Halki, a 16 min a pie de Playa de Ftenagia y a 2,6 km de Playa de Kania, y ofrece aire acondicionado. I cant say enough how much I have LOVED my stay. The island is just precious, the accommodation is on perfect location with beautiful view and access to the sea (also sunbeds are available). The place is super clean, modern, amazingly equipped for literally everything. The bed is super comfy. If you wake up early enough you can observe sunrise from your bed with a stunning view on the bay. Linda is exceptionally nice as the host, she was also so nice to send me a little guide to get me smoothly from the port to the place. I will definitely come back.

The house was spacious, clean and had AC in all rooms conveniently. The views are stunning to port of Emporio and it's nice to enjoy breakfast on the balcony. Well equipped to modern needs. Relatively short walk to ftenagia and pondamos beaches.

Casa Con Vista Apartments está en Halki, a 10 min a pie de Playa de Ftenagia y a 2,1 km de Playa de Kania, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado y terraza. The apartment was easy to find, using Google Maps, just a 10-minute walk from the ferry port. The key was in the door for our arrival. The studio was spacious, bright, and well-ventilated, with most things needed for basic self-catering. Useful items like bottled water, oil, vinegar, and coffee were provided, which was a nice touch. There are three small supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance, and a very good bakery about five minutes away. The location is very good — central, convenient, and mostly quiet overnight. The balcony offers lovely views and is a nice spot to sit and unwind with a drink each evening. One night, there was loud party noise from the harbour that went on until after 3 a.m, fortunately the double-glazed windows did a good job of blocking most of the sound. The bed was reasonably comfortable, though the pillows could be better. Sofia, the host, was polite and generally responsive when needed. Pondamos Beach was a highlight of the stay. It’s just a 10-minute walk uphill from the port and well worth the effort. If you’re planning to spend time there, bringing your own beach umbrella is a good idea, as rentals are now 3 times the price we paid 3 years ago.

Villa Ftenagia, que cuenta con vistas a la montaña, ofrece alojamiento con jardín y patio a unos 2,9 km de Playa de Kania. The property is fantastic. This was a return visit for us. It has a large terrace with lots of opportunity for shade when you need it. It feels very private and is really peaceful It is yards to the beach which has wonderfully clear water and is fun for snorkelling. There is a nice taverna on the beach too, which is great. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and the villa is spotlessly clean. It is only a short walk into town and this was really nice of an evening. Sofia is a lovely host who is great at communicating in advance for arrival. Recommended!

Amazing views, Caroline and Yorgos were fantastic, friendly with great communication. We loved how homey the house felt. Kitchen was well equipped, unrivalled views across the bay. We will be back!

Casa Bianco e Blu, que tiene vistas a la ciudad, dispone de alojamiento con terraza y hervidor a unos 10 min a pie de Playa de Ftenagia. That was an excellent stay! It was spotless clean. You have everything in the house you might need and beyond. The host is extremely nice and attentive. She replied my messages almost in no time. She let us have an early check-in and late check out according to our ferry schedule. Recommended places to eat and things to do. She makes you feel like you’re staying at a friend’s place. The house is midway between the center and Pondamos beach, so the location is also perfect. Definitely recommend!
