Small, quiet property with super friendly staff and a great restaurant! From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the moment we left, the staff made us feel very welcome and did everything they could to make sure we had an amazing stay. They organized tours for us and the restaurant chefs even made sure there were special vegetarian meals available for us each day (in addition to the regular menu!). The bures are very comfortable and you are very close to the beach. Nice snorkelling if you go far enough - and you can even spot reef sharks at sunset if you’re lucky!

The sharing of daily life, the moments spent in the kitchen with the cooks and Grandpa’s nightly songs with his grand children..Incredible food and discovery of true Fijian gastronomy. As far as outdoor and water activities were concerned, we were unlucky, due to cyclone « Rae »but the reefs seemed fantastic!

During our stay, my partner and I did not have to worry about transportation, or going hungry; everything we needed was there. Sam would drive us around Taveuni, teaching us about Fijian culture, showing us different parts of the island, and showing off his witty sense of humor. Sarah made sure all of our needs were taken care of, offering us delicious food, teaching us things like how to pick fruit, and showing us how to cook authentic Fijian meals. Together, they work harmoniously to really make Aeroview what it is - a well-run, welcoming home. Sam, Sarah, and their family, showed us true Fijian hospitality, and created one of my favorite travel experiences.

Home is close to the airport and a bus stop. Sarah and Sam have really good tips on how to visit the island and will adapt to your way of traveling:) The food is absolutely great, and I garanty, you won't leave the table hungry ;) The room was clean and tidy, with everything you need, even a newly added AC ! Lomani se encuentra en Matei y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, wifi gratis, servicio de traslado gratuito y servicio de habitaciones. Everything about Lomani is wonderful! From the grounds, breakfast, the location on the NW coast of beautiful Taveuni, the lovely villa, gorgeous pool, comfy bed, full separate kitchen, app based TV, and most of all the views! There is a local scuba shop walking distance away (also kayaks and snorkel access), and the on-site managers Knox and Kelera were awesome. Would definitely come back!!

El Coconut Grove Beachfront Resort ofrece alojamiento frente al mar en Matei, en la isla de Taveuni. Oceanfront location with proximity to other services if needed (grocery store, airport, other resort restaurants). Small number of guest cottages/guests on site. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated all of the information provided before we arrived to insure a comfortable and pleasant experience. Excellent snorkeling within a short boat ride from the property.

The luxurious Taveuni Island Resort & Spa is set on 10 acres of tropical gardens, a 2-minute drive from Matei Airport on Taveuni Island. AMAZING stay! Taveuni island resort was even better than we imagined. The staff were so lovely and genuinely welcoming - some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. The location was perfect for all our activities (kayaking, snorkeling, SUP). The sunset views over the ocean at the end of the day are unforgettable. It’s also easy afternoon stroll down to the small supermarkets if you need to grab anything extra where you can see the locals hanging around, or the kids playing volleyball. The meals were delicious and so generous in serving!! Naka to everyone at the resort for a 10/10 experience of Taveuni.

Paradise Taveuni is located on the island of Taveuni. Please book domestic flights to the island through www.fijiairways.com. Take a taxi from the Taveuni airport to the Resort (approx 60 mins). The snorkelling out the back of the hotel was lovely. There was a large staff to customer ratio which meant there was always someone to help you. Lots of lovely plants at the hotel and the rooms were nice. Free water refills is always appreciated.
