Located along the historic Qintai Path, Chengdu Wenjun Mansion Hotel (Kuanzhai Xiangzi Branch) is decorated in a traditional Chinese style, a 5-minute walk from Tonghuimen Subway Station (Line 2). Guests may reach to the famous tourist spots such as Qingyang Temple, Kuanzhai Alleys and Tianfu Square within a short walking time. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Staff was excellent, spoke English well and helped us out with everything we asked for. It's a beautiful spot on a renovated traditional street, but still a short walk to the metro (for easy access to taikoo li, Tianfu, train stations) and walking distance from kuanzhai. Make sure you have some tea in the park next door. Airport pickup was seemless. We also enjoyed the breakfast wontons.

The property is located 2.7 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre, 3.7 km from Wenshu Monastery and 4.1 km from Du Fu Thatched Cottage. The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a lift and currency exchange for guests. The host was super kind, the room was clean.

Ideally set in Chengdu, Xishu Garden Inn - Travel Agency service - Car Rent service - English Speaking features air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Boasting room service, this property also welcomes guests with a restaurant and a terrace. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. This was such a welcoming place, the staff really made us feel so comfortable and they gave good advice and also were happy to troubleshoot little problems for us (like when we were out and experiencing communication problems we rang them to interpret!)

Boasting room service, this property also welcomes guests with a restaurant and a terrace. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. Super excellent team of staff. They go above and beyond to help and make you welcome and comfortable. One staff at front desk was super quick on his feet, didn't get his name, male, short hair with glasses. Very knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and quick to answer questions and help. Place was clean, new and quiet during my stay. Cleaning staff was excellent and detail oriented. Bed and pillow was excellent and temp in room was comfy and super quiet experience. Def worth the experience.

Attractively situated in the centre of Chengdu, Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley features free WiFi, a terrace and free private parking for guests who drive. The property is around 1 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, 2.3 km from Wenshu Monastery and 3 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre. The hotel has family rooms. We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)

At Niccolo Chengdu you will find a fitness centre where you can keep their work-outs. Other service offered at the property include ticket service, luggage storage and currency exchange. Laundry, dry cleaning and car hire can be arranged upon request. Private parking is available. The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

Offering an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, 8 minutes' walk from Taikoo Li and IFS Shopping Mall, The St. Regis Chengdu is located in Chengdu. It is only an 8-minute walk from South Taisheng Road Subway Station (line 4) and a 15-minute walk from Tianfu Squuare Subway Station (line 1 and 2). Free WiFi access is available. Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

For those wanting to explore further, Wenshu Monastery, Kuanzhai Alley, the 339 Tianshu Panda Tower, and Jiuyan Bridge are approximately around 15 minutes by car, while Chengdu East Railway Station is around 30 minutes by car from the hotel. Guests can also enjoy complimentary bicycle services to leisurely explore the beauty of the city. Staying at the Ritz while visiting Chengdu was probably the best hotel decision we could have taken. It is well known that this hotel has impeccable service, great locations and offers a luxury experience and we were not disappointed. All the staff member spoke very good English. We were very nicely greeted and the staff was very friendly, open and talkative. The breakfast has a big variety of western and chinese cuisine. The Ritz is right at the center of Chengdu which made getting to different places easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable even for three people in one room. After we checked out we found out our flight was canceled and one staff member sat down with us and helped us sort everything out. As non Chinese speakers we relied on help and she called the airline for us and explained to us, what has happened. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
