Check-in was smooth and easy — we arrived very late, but the hotel staff had everything prepared for us: a parking spot was reserved, the key was left for us, and we were given clear instructions on where to find it. The staff were all very kind and polite. We truly felt welcome and comfortable here, and would happily come back!

Clean, comfortable and warm, even though it was less than 5 degrees Celsius outside (mix of wooden stove and electric heater). The view was breathtaking and the only sounds are the nearby river, the birds and the bells from sheep. The hosts were simply amazing and Ploy's Thai food is a must-get. Extra surprise: their playful dog, Luna :) Thank you so much Franz and Ploy for your hospitality! We will definitely come back again!

Located in a quiet area in Andermatt amidst the beautiful nature of the Swiss Alps, 850 metres from the Gemsstockbahn cable car station, The Chedi Andermatt combines Swiss hospitality tradition with... I travel a lot and lots of experience with 5-star hotels. This one is definitely in my top 3. Very large and modern with some vintage touches. Suites are huge and well equipped with tablet to operate everything. Nice sugar bar, wine bar, multiple kitchens, really nice spa. Staff is really good and sincerely polite and helpful.
