Smart TVs in every room, and big enough to actually see. Extra toys and a PS3 in the living room. Such a great property with an incredibally friendly owner!

Floatinn is a boat located in Geneva, in a harbour facing the famous Jet d'Eau waterfountain. It offers a sun terrace on the deck with an outdoor seating area and beautiful views of Lake Geneva. Free WiFi access is available. Great location. Quiet and scenic yet just a short walk to restaurants etc. Jean-Luc and Almandine were great hosts and we were certainly made to feel very special and pampered. A very highly recommended option to regular hotels.

Our establishment does not have parking spaces, but you can obtain, on request and free of charge The history of the building is very interesting and you feel like a guest in someone's home rather than the generic experience of a hotel. Marc, the host is a wonderful gentleman and happy to talk about the history and loving restoration that he took on. The place is well equipped with a kettle for example in the room as well as in the shared kitchen. I liked the atmosphere at breakfast where we all sat round the dining table talking to each other- with four rooms only it makes for a nice, friendly experience. There is a nice cafe nearby as well as a supermarket. It is quite easy to get into the centre.

The apartment was super spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need. The hotel staff is also very kind and they left attentions such as delicious snacks and special tea selection in the room. The apartment is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. the location is perfect - very centrally located and within walking distance from almost anything. We really loved it and would recommend.
