Whether it was recommendations, handling requests (looking for a missing SKI:)), or just creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, they went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt valued. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to the ski lifts and all that Laax has to offer. A ski storage room and a large free private parking area are available on site. A free ski bus stops right outside the Vorab Hotel. Wonderful stay, comfortable room, good breakfast, excellent restaurants. Good location. Very friendly, helpful staff. Car park. Everything was perfect. We‘ll be back.
