The house is located on a quiet street in the center of Girne, close to the marina. The owner lives in a separate apartment on the top floor of the apartment building. When we arrived, we contacted the owner, he delivered the key to the apartment, we checked in early as there was no accommodation before us, thank you to him. The outside door of the apartment we stayed in opened directly onto the street. There is free parking on the street. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with everything you might need. Wi-fi is very good. In general, we were satisfied, we will prefer when we come again.

We were delighted to receive an upgrade and had the chance to enjoy a beautiful suite, which made our stay even more special. My son and I had truly wonderful days here. The entire hotel was impeccably clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. What impressed us most was the kindness and dedication of the staff. Everyone was friendly and always eager to help. When our fridge unexpectedly stopped working and I needed to keep my medication cool, they immediately offered a solution and let me use the restaurant fridge—even in the evening. This thoughtful support made us feel very well cared for. All in all, an excellent stay in every way. We left with only positive impressions and will very happily return.

Beautiful hotel on the sea had a boutique & exclusive feel! Room was large & spacious with a balcony close to the water! Decor was stylish & sleek. Large comfy bed. Large modern bathroom. Everything was 5-star, including luxury toiletries & top spec hair dryer! Lovely breakfast every morning. We ate at the restaurant a few evenings and spent most mornings at the beach club swimming in the clear turquoise sea! Heaven! Great value for money. Exceeded our expectations!

Very nice place in Nicosia. The apartment was very clean, bright and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and friendly, thanks to the owner for his care. Very friendly staff at the reception. We could move to the room before noon when we arrived and we were also offered a breakfast for that day. Rooms are big with balcony, refrigerator, coffee maker and TV. The room was clean, bathroom also. They changed towles every day. Breakfast was very tasty. There is a parking place near the hotel with always available free places.
