the customer service at check in was amazing the well gentleman was so professional and on point with such a busy lobby seems like a high traffic place and he was absolutely fantastic we love him. he was very attentive and had a lot of information on the area and the property, Dawaan was the MAN

The front desk staff were all very professional, courteous, and accommodating. I accidentally locked my key in my room several times, and they were extremely helpful and friendly, even at 2 in the morning!

I liked the check-in, the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the location close to sporting events. It's not in the heart of the city but on the outskirts close to the professional sports complex. The entire area looks like its all been built fairly recently and it appears to be very safe. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and made good recommendations on parking and how to get to the sports complex.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Hotel, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The value for money was outstanding, providing everything we needed and more at a very reasonable rate. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that catered to all our tastes. It truly set a positive tone for our days. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, finding the accommodations comfortable and the service impeccable. One of the highlights was the free parking, which made our visit even more convenient. Overall, our stay at Best Western was wonderful, and we look forward to returning in the future.
