first of all the woman in Reception was probably one of the friendliest people I ever met , the room was great , big clean comfortable, good shower , good bed , it was the best stay I had this trip in Taiwan I will 100% stay here whey I come again

Owners are super friendly and welcoming tourists and doggies. There are big grass yard and a swimming pool for dogs, and also SUP! They served different breakfasts for seven days, that's thoughtful. We appreciate it! When we finished the tour they gave us Hualien souvenirs! Thanks for the Comfy house and everything, We have a wonderful memory here. Looking forward to going there again!

Everything is great, nothing to complain. Host is very kind and hospitable. It really feels like home here and with everything you need. For shower, the water pressure is strong and hot. They also have elevator, if you have big luggages or elderly with you, there is no problem. Bed is very comfy. I slept so well in here and wish I could stay for longer. If I come back to Hualien, will definitely stay here again!

Mollie the receptionist made me feel very welcome right away. She recommended a restaurant to me that turned out to be the best Chicago style pizza I've had in Asia. Also, the shower had nice hot water.
