Very nice family run boutique hotel. Room is spacious, clean, with nice quirky decoration, and comfortable beds. Convenient location for airport, river, old town, and night markets. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice is perfect balance of local and western offerings. Hotel exceeded our expectations. Great value for the money.

The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable.. good lighting and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, soft pillows to and plenty of beautiful clean towels. There was everything you needed including washing machine if you are staying longer. Absolutely loved the private pool. The pool was a salt water pool with very strong jets which gave an excellent massage. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great place for us as we have our own car as we are touring.

“I really liked everything. The room with an ensuite bathroom was perfect, and the bed was firm but not too hard. While English is limited, and my Thai is non-existent, communicating wasn’t a problem thanks to Google Translate. The hotel has a coffee shop and two Japanese restaurants attached. It’s just a 3-minute walk to a park where you can join the locals, squirrels, and pigeons in their morning exercises. Behind the park, there’s a night market every evening, offering a delicious selection of mainly Isaan food. A good massage place is just a 1-minute walk away, and there’s excellent, affordable food everywhere. The Vietnamese restaurants tend to have a queue in the mornings, which is a great indication of the food quality. The hotel is located just outside the main center of Ubon, but it’s still close enough to explore the city on foot. Of course, Grab is also an option.”

Everything. The customer service was excellent. Some of the staff spoke and understood english more than others but they all did what they could to help us. They arranged our taxi for the next day, ordered and delivered our dinner, carried our luggage upstairs, found tools to repair a suitcase, brought up more water, organized our (complementary) breakfasts in takeaway because we were leaving at 6:30am (motel resturant opens at 7am) The rooms are very clean and the linen smells delicious - although the smell on the pillowcase became a bit overwhelming after a few minutes of breathing it in at close proximity. Shower and toilet are very clean.

    Very nice hotel with super nice staffs. The hotel is located in the city center with 3-5 minutes driving to many attractions in town. Breakfast is delicious. It also has adequate amount of parking lots.

    Was easy to find and had off-street parking. Room was a good size and clean. Bed was a little hard but satisfactory. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was Thai-style with a good selection of dishes. Would stay there again.
