The room is comfortable and cleaned daily if you wish. You receive bottled water, toiletries, and fresh towels daily. In the common area, available 24/7: instant coffee, chocolate, tea, toast, butter, jam. Beach towels are available, with easy pick-up and return. Everything about this apartment is great. The location is truly tranquil, up on the hill, with nature sounds and no noise of a city, but shops, cafes and massages are down the hill, 5 minutes ride away. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, trying to help you in every way they could. Apartment is well equipped, with anything you might need during your stay, including potable water, some bathroom necessities for first few days, and a gas grill on request for a BBQ evening. Bedding is comfortable, AC is quiet, WiFi is fast, water flow in bathroom is strong, room is clean and fresh.

The owner was very pleasant as we asked to have 2 rooms on the same floor and it wasn’t a problem for him. Everyday they gave 2 bottles of water. We liked that the owner did his best to solve our problems. For example, they order the taxi for us, we rented a car. So, they are were very pleasant.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we found it exceptional! The staff are super friendly and helpful beyond our expectations!! They booked us cars for activities whenever we needed, bring you ice water at the pools without ever being asked, and offer great and FAST service any time of day for room service or in the restaurant. Our room was nice and also quite large, air conditioning worked amazingly, and it was very very clean in the rooms. The outdoor restaurant was phenomenal, prices were reasonable, and the pool was very pleasant with towel service and ample seats for the number of guests in this boutique hotel. Great little gym, and pool bar area. Resort was basically at one end of Kata Beach which is just a stunning spot! The water is very warm, beach is not too busy, and it has pristine waters and white sand.

i love the location, its away from the crowds but just 10 mins walking from the beach. the room is clean and the owner just the best! along with all the crew they are all so nice ans always so helpful. i will be back next year for sure🥰✨unfortunately i dont make photos of the room but trust me it is not disappointing.
