Loved the place! Have stayed in several airbnbs but never seems such a well planned house. We had everything we wanted on the property. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Love the view, loved the pool, loved that it had Netflix. Loved the place so much, we will be coming back in the winters!

We had a amazing stay ! The hotel in itself is gorgeous, tucked in the middle of palmtrees as well as the pool. The room was well decorated and confortable. The staff is amazingly attentionate, kind and helpful. There even is a cute little café in the hôtel to get drinks by the pool or the terrasse.

It’s right next to a beautiful beach strip, inside a village that is mostly in ruins but the hotel is new and impeccable. The staff are very nice and caring. The terrace offers a gorgeous view on the sea. It’s a wonderful place to crash for a night or two if you’re going to Wadi Shab/Wadi Tiwi!

The property was located in a beautiful area near the beach and equidistant to Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi, as well as to local restaurants and laundrettes. The location is perfect if you are visiting Tiwi Beach, Wadi Shab or anything in this area. It has a nice view and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is always around and will help you if you need anything. It is easy to reach by car, and is close to the small center where there are three restaurants and some shops. All of them are locals, which also gives this place a "authentic" vibe. Tiwi Beach is close, and we were so lucky to see turtles swimming around. Here we also got invited for coffee by a family, and got to see how Omanis spend their evening camping at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic experience in this beautiful villa! The villa has a lot of space, a nice pool and a cosy covered terrace. Also, you can easily visit a lot of touristic places from the villa (nice beaches, Bimmah Sinkhole, different Wadi's). Salim is the best host you can ask for. He is friendly, welcoming, helpful and a very genuine person. We went on a daytrip with him and we learned só much about Oman and Omani culture. Thanks to him, our days at the villa were even more special! Thanks Salim! When we return to Oman, we will definitely return to the villa (or one of his other very nice rental places around Dibab). We strongly recommend people to do the same!
