One of the best stays during our time in NZ. The staff was friendly and the rooms were SO clean and spacious. The rooms were very thoughtfully designed too, with a washing machine in each room and every amenity you could possibly need. I highly recommend staying here, I wish all hotels were like this.

It’s new and clean. Even my cottage needs to use common bath facility, the facility is very clean and convenient, except going to toilet in the middle of night on a rainy day😝. The lake is just in front of the room so it’s very relaxing feeing on sitting at the balcony.

Amazing stay in the cottage, both blown away. Incredibly helpful & friendly staff. Spa bath in the room & nice glass of rose and cheeses complimentary in the afternoon. Great breakfast included. Couldn’t ask for more really! Very special spot!

It’s cozy with good taste. The owner is down to earth and very easy to talk to like a good old friend. She pampers us well with free snacks in the lounge along with a bottle of wine and some liqueurs. The TV has a variety of channels and we spent a great deal in the lounge just to chill and watching the sun go down. Our room is spacious with fridge, kettle along with tea, coffee and delicious muffins. We also made good friend with Benji the dog. Our stay was a very enjoyable 3 nights. We were aware of the walk up and we made plan to walk down to town do our things, finish our meal early afternoon and walk up slowly, it was fine with us and a great way to walk off the big meal we had ;D

Beautiful stay, friendly and helpful staff. We even got toys for our baby to play with. View is incredible and I recommend getting take away and enjoy the view with wine in the evening. Bath in our room was great.

We love our stay here, a lovely quaint place. The owners are very hospitable and take pride in providing excellent service. They even have a breakfast menu for us to choose from, we are spoilt for choice! We enjoy the conversations with them and other guests, it feels like eating with friends. They also give great advice on making the best of our short stay in Queenstown. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be pampered !

    The place is superb! They have an automatic gate and spacious private parking. The bed and linen are very clean and comfortable. You can see the view of the Coronet peak while soaking in the hot tub. It has a kitchen from which you can cook your own food. With a large TV and an outstanding sound system. It's a great place to stay if you want to get away from the crowded area around Queenstown.
