We had an incredible experience at Mango Japanese House! The owner is exceptionally friendly, making us feel truly welcome. The delicious fresh breakfast and dinner were a highlight, though ordering in advance is necessary. The cozy, clean, and private houses, along with the great pool, provided a refreshing escape. Surrounded by lush greenery, it felt like a real paradise garden – a peaceful retreat away from noise, offering genuine privacy. Highly recommend for a serene getaway!

What truly sets this place apart is the family. They are the kindest, most welcoming people you could ever hope to meet. They didn't just host us; they treated us like family. especially sudharshini the owner of the property is the sweetest person you could meet. Anything you ask them they would definitely do without any demands. They are the nicest and sweetest people. And the place is just like your home, comfortable, clean and easy to commute. It's situated in a nice neighborhood where you can roam even late at night without any thoughts. Getting bored of regular hotels and wanting to have a home away home for your vacation or wanting to spend some time in negombo you can definitely choose kingz kottage. Their rooms, locality, pool and food are super amazing. I would definitely go here when I visit again. Only some places you feel like wanting to visit again because of the people there and this is one of those places.

We were amazed by the warmth and hospitality of the hosts as well as the quality of the property. Everything from the design of the building, interior design to furniture and small decorations contribute to the most positive experience that we had and enjoyed.Special attention should be payed to absolute cleanliness of the room and the whole property. The location is on the main road and close to the airport: easy to find and get to. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable people: they responded to every request we had, gave us recommendations where to eat, took us to the airport when Uber let us down. Total value for the money and worth much more!

Danoushka (excuse spelling) was really helpful and brought us blankets and made us feel very welcome and cared for. Amazing pool, fun slide and another nice pool too. Delicious banana fritters.
