The location was perfect. The thing I like the most is the staff's attitude, and they are always ready to help. Nice breakfast provided at a small coffee shop onsite with traditional Kazak tea. The room is very clean, and it has everything you need, especially if you are staying for more than a week. AC, washing machine, plates, etc., are present.

Very friendly staff with good English on the front desk. They were very accommodating and provided us some flower vases for my wife’s flowers when we arrived. Even though it was the off season all the facilities were available and the hotel was well staffed. The view from our room was absolutely stunning.

Olli is super helpful. We were stuck for a taxi at green bazaar and just send a message to her and within 3 min our taxi arrived. And even at 3 am in the morning she made sure that our deposit money was refunded in cash. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The complex was beautiful and secured. One suggestion however- the 2nd bedroom needs one AC or fan as it was a bit hot at this time.

It's a very cozy room with a close vicinity to the bus stop and restaurants. The landlord is very helpful and is just a message away. The room has everything...from fridge to ac to heater washing machine charging stations tv with Netflix ...you name it. The shopping Mart is 10 meter away with almost everything you want I had a good time!
