We LOVED the everyday breakfast. The servers were also really sweet and helped us understand what was vegetarian. The stay was reasonable. They had storage space for our bags under bed. Room service was good.

I like the location close to Shin-Osaka, and 2 convenience stores are around the corner. The room isn't spacious (for the Europeans) as most of the Japanese hotel rooms, but the bed is comfy and bathroom has all the amenities. As all of the APAs, this one is also a very clean hotel. I would recommend this hotel chain for short holiday trips or business trips like mine. The check-in and check-out is very fast and smooth.

The location is very close to Higashi-Mikuni (M12) station and Shin-Osaka station. The breakfast is good, the staff is very kind. As we stayed in this hotel during Mawar typhoon, our flight was delayed for 13 hours and thanks to the hotel staff for their kind assistance for resolving flight ticket issues with Customer Service at midnight.
