Internet is fast although no smart TV. Free flow unlimited Georgia coffee and ice in the lobby next to the reception was a plus point. Staffs were also very helpful, they also kept my mobile-phone when I accidentally left it at the smoking room. Hotel was 2 minutes walk to Tanukikoji shopping street and Odori Park. Taxi to Sapporo station was around JPY 1500. The building is newish and room (around 19m2) was equipped with a washing machine & dryer so it is convenient for my 2 weeks trip. The room was also equipped with small kitchenette with a stove, a sink, a microwave and an electric kettle. Limited housekeeping didn't include carpet vacuuming and making the bed but kitchen and bath amenities including towel was supplied and trash was taken out daily. Breakfast at the hotel is good enough. Enough selection of Japanese and Western foods

The modern yet traditional design. The entire space was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly even though we don’t speak japanese. The amenities of the public bath was also perfect. Absolutely everything. Hotel itself is beautifully furnished. All staff were so helpful and attentive especially assisting manager Anthony who always made time for guests and helped in any way he could to make sure everything was as it should be. We will definitely be returning to hotel Sosei.

we stayed two nights in this house. the location is good. we can walk to some restaurants nearby and supermarkets nearby. the house is clean, beds are comfortable. kitchen is equipped with cooking tools. the dinning room and living room are big. i like the washing machine there. it washed and dried the clothes well, almost dried when we took the clothes out. host provided detailed instruction of the use of water heater, washing machine, self check-in, and other electronic devices. host replied our messages quickly. there is a small living room on the second floor. all rooms are equipped with air conditioner. we enjoyed our stay very much.
