The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an average apartment building with permanent residents (no elevator, but it was not a problem for us). The apartment was probably once someone's home, and is mostly furnished with old-fashioned furniture and decorations. The bathroom is modernized. The apartment is clean, the kitchen is well equipped.
