This is a clean and well-maintained apartment located in a small, safe neighborhood between Buonconvento and San Quirico d’Orcia. Above all, the host lady was very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The view from the terrace was also beautiful. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Tuscany.

Beautiful renovated apartment with lots of lovely details. Caterina was an amazing host and even offered to wash our clothing because the washing machine wasn’t working. She also brought us breakfast because we left early the next morning and nothing would have been open!

Well, everything was great. This was the best place we stayed during in our roadtrip around Tuscany. Amazing breakfast with a great view. It’s located in a place where we can rest and enjoy the nature and views are incredible. Property is very well treated. Owners are very nice and made our stay even better. Leo (the dog) also made our days happier. This place really exceed our expectations.

Gemma is a lady, she treated us right away with a welcome, there were snacks, juices, cookies. She answered all our doubts, helped us. Her family has a winery, she prepared us a tasting of wines and cheeses we loved. Best experience, accommodation in all of Italy. The city is beautiful and cozy. We love it.

A fantastic stay. The host, Ana, was remarkably kind and helpful. The breakfast was delectable and made with local, fresh ingredients. We enjoyed the weather and the view while eating breakfast outside. If you're seeking for a site from which to visit towns and villages in the Val D'Orcia, the location was ideal. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and had an amazing view. The restroom was incredibly tidy and equipped with everything you would need.

We were blown away from the private spa, to the amazing and clean room, to the delicious wine while watching the beautiful Tuscan sunset right outside our room. 100% we are coming back!     I had a wonderful experience here. The location was absolutely stunning, and the warm hospitality I received made me feel truly welcome. Additionally, having on-site parking was very convenient, and I loved the well-equipped kitchen (though it didn’t have a microwave)

    This properly offers incredible wide and comfortable spaces. Therefore, don’t be worried about not finding room for your luggage. Bathroom has a bathtub 🛁 however, you can shower too. Ffurnished kitchen, where you can cook. The landlady is super welcoming and, despite breaking not being included, she gives you some treats and water:) this is really generous! Stunning view! Easy parking in front of the apartment, just across the street. Late check-in available, just text her, she replies fast! Hair dryer included
