Having traveled for years, we can honestly say this is one of the finest independent accommodations we have ever experienced. The pool was a definite highlight, and the owners' commitment to their guests' comfort is what makes this place truly special. A working farm in Italy ran by people who really care. Absolutely loved it.

Winnifred and David welcomed us on a snowy cold night of March 2023. It felt like being at home - a cozy, clean room, with a kitchen full of all the necessary. In the morning we enjoyed a homemade breakfast with local delicacies. You will also appreciate the wonderful wall decorations and a great book collection. Cherry house we will be back 🙂

Accomodation is very nice, situated in beautiful location. Apartment is absolutely clean with very nice equipment. Across the road is restaurant with breakfast and also with fantastic Italian meal. Owner is very nice and friendly guy. We will go back. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about this property. Every need was catered for. From beautiful smelling towels, bathrobes, slippers and eye masks to a delicious breakfast served on the outdoor table overlooking the garden. My partner is GF and Patrizia made him his own platter selection. Everything is presented so beautifully and attention to detail is exceptional. The bathroom is large with quality bathroom products and a large shower with good water pressure. Parking is right onsite if you need it and the property is walking distance to town and the Ferrari museum. Patrizia is a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough for us.
