This was the perfect place for a romantic trip to Montepulciano. The room was beautiful with a nice view of olive trees out the window. We real enjoyed the jacuzzi. Gloria was very welcoming and accommodating; the breakfast was great as well.

The scenery and the views are breathtaking, the staff went above and beyond to make sure guests are enjoying their stay and were very helpful with everything! Beautiful location and building with central cortile and our room had stunning views over the Tuscan countryside as far as Lago Trasimeno. Breakfast was in a gorgeous, high-ceilinged dining room. Great breakfast with delicious, home-baked cakes. Highly recommend.

We are a family of four and had a great time in Montepulciano thanks to our host, Monica. She goes the extra mile to ensure our pleasant stay. The property's location is strategic. It's close to Penzia, Val d'Orcia, Therme San Filippo...... The view from the property is breathtaking. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunset. The property is well maintained and well equipped. Contactless check in and check out is easy too. Monica is always helpful and ready to help through Whatsapp.

    Pool was lovely however minimal shaded areas for when you get too much sun! free parking, clean nice rooms and bathrooms, nice location, quiet surrounded by nature, very friendly staff :)

    The bathroom was modern and had everything needed. The breakfast was good as were our hosts. And the dinner smelled very good even though we ate in montepulciano. The parking spaces are right infront of the house and the pool as a bit layed back so the street next by is no problem
