Its pricy as you only get the room. No svimingpool, spa or other high end hotel services you would expect. But what you do get you cant replace with unnessesary junk. You are visiting the dolomites - go hike! What you need is some really fantastic velmade food from the chef who makes the best carbonara outside rome (he used to work in rome), when you get Home after a day in the mountain. We NEVER eat at the hotel restaurant - but in Cortina this is the best price/value and service. A receptionist who gives you a hug when you pay hotel tax :-) and a smile every we meet, a perfect designed hotel experience in every detail, the most fantastic view in the room and the restaurant, helpfull and friendly Morning staff who gives you advice on where to go depending on the weather and least but not last the dynamic evening duo: Andrea and Roberto. The perfect examples of professional evening hosts. Roberto with his excellent service - at the same time professional and personal - and making things happens and Andrea the magician who made actually professional magic tricks. Impressive and the perfect match enjoying the quality wine list. Just go!

Location, friendly host, clean, well equipped, lovely balcony to have food/drinks. Amazing views to wake up to. Had a smart tv. Left us lots of coffee, biscuits. Kitchen well equipped with everything you will need. Host help us with local bus times.

Alberto Chalet Lago was one of our more unique stays during our vacation. Right from the entrance, it displays a distinct character that remains in sync through the decor, the approach of the staff, and the room layout. The wood paneled rooms overlook the rich natural tapestry of Lake Antorno and the neighboring forested areas. Its proximity to the Tri Cima toll gate is a huge bonus and a major consideration for us prior to the booking. Answers to queries from us were very prompt, and their approach was positive. A big plus with the hotel is an excellent restaurant that serves authentic Italian food.

O liked everything. The hotel provides what it informs in the facilities itens. The front desk guy is the best person ever. He does everything possible to make you comfortable and make your stay in the city more pleasant. Thanks for everything. You were great. The interior and rooms were absolutely fantastic! The vintage furniture beautifully restored from the last century added a unique charm to the place, with every detail carefully thought out, from the elegant parquet flooring to the stylish cast-iron radiators. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, especially with the charming spindle in the recreation room. Any questions encountered were promptly resolved by the attentive staff. The complimentary buses to the ski lifts were a convenient perk, and the availability of free parking made our stay even more hassle-free. Our spacious room (double) was impeccably clean, and we appreciated how warm and inviting it was. Breakfast options catered to both sweet and savory preferences. The freshly baked bread, accompanied by a selection of cheeses and prosciutto, was a delightful start to the day. While I missed having vegetables, the sweet breakfast seemed to offer a wide array of choices, as highlighted in other reviews.
