Great location for visiting Biella and surroundings. The room is in a refurbished part of the farm and is very big with a view to the countryside. It was as clean as it gets and quite big. Even the decoration of the whole facility is very tasteful without any unnecessary items (some very nice touches in the stairs and hall as well). The location of the house is in the middle of the field so it's a very quiet place with no outside noise any time of the day. And the breakfast was one of the best I ever had. There was any kind of food that you could wish for and even fresh bread instead of just toasts (even toasts are already made, you just have to put them in the toaster). Also there was a lot of different kind of sweets and fresh fruit available every day. And some pretty little (colored) sandwiches that I liked very much. The owners (and their son) are very kind and can provide additional information about the Biella region and places worth visiting. Really great stay and highly recommended!

The apartment is a huge open space, extremely clean and equipped with all one may need. It is located at third floor of the building and has a balcony as well with sun protection. Also you have access to the beautiful garden located in the backyard. The Italian breakfast was very nice and delicious, with home made cakes and jams. Additionally there is mini bar where you can find some drinks if needed. You cannot cook in the kitchen due to local laws, but there is a lot of nice restaurants nearby. The Owners (Luisella & Claudio) were wonderful and really helpful. They gave us a lot of advvice about the local atractins in the area, restaurants, etc. The parking is public, but easy to access and a lot of empty spots. There are a lot of gems left to see in this area and we will defintevely come back to stay in this beautiful and cozy apartment.

The studio is a really amazing stay to be in. The owner is very helpfull and friendly, and everything is available for your needs to be met and very attentive luxuries which made it even better. Everything you could need is available, the rain shower and towels are perfect, we really enjoyed. We had an amazing stay, i highly recommend this gem! The bakery is next door as well.

Everything but especially the staff at reception. Unfortunately, they can not remember their names but are so friendly and accommodating. Rooms recently updates, I think, amazing rooftop area, free parking, and central location. I have a fondness for this hotel. I had to leave early due to family illness back in 2022, and they were amazing.

Location was great with underground car parking. The room was very clean and very comfortable, if not a little dated in decor - but obviously this did not affect our stay. There was the most amazing restaurant on the roof. Food was exceptional and service from the young g girl behind the bar was excellent (only sorry I didn’t get her name). Infact all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect appartment, fully equipped with everything you need, at walking distance from the city center. The host is extremely helpful and kind. Free parking available near the property. Supermarket also at 100m from the building. Highly recommended for a quiet and comfortable stay in Biella.

Something really special for very good price. Warm welcome by the host. The location is perfect starting point for trips to Oropa sanctuary or the mountains. Very good breakfast with some really delicious local products (cheeses, salami, cakes, ...). Stylish restaurant, you can have interesting and delicious dinner with fresh local products. Free parking outside and also direct bus connection from Biella train station and to Oropa.
