Kast Guesthouse is a good place to stop for an overnight between scenic locations. They have a small eating place where breakfast and dinner is served. Dinner was limited to 3 options but it was fantastic options. Breakfast selection was also very good.

Idyllic! They are little cottages at the base of the mountain. View is espectacular. Eat at the place, the food is cooked by the family: local, homemade and delicious. 10 mins from seal viewing and about 30 from Snæfellsjökull National Park.

The apartment was clean and nice and very well located. We loved staying here. Grundarfjörður is the perfect place to visit, the view is spectacular and so nice driving or walking around and explore the nature.

Nice Location, you can drive or walk to Grundarfjordur from here, Staff is nice, common area is nice, i think i will back here again when i come to iceland.

The hotel is just 5 minutes away from Kirkjufell by car. I used room 7. It was pretty enough warm and cozy. The worker is extra kind and nice. Breakfast is not special but good. Even the worker provided some coffee when I leave there.
