There is minimal light pollution in the area around the hotel, increasing the chances of viewing the Northern Lights. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and gave off a Finnish log cabin vibes. There is ample parking space. Breakfast was also good, with decent vegetarian/vegan options. Cracking sunsets and northern lights. In a quiet location that is in the countryside, yet next to the sea. Nice lighthouse 5 minutes walk. Nice big rooms and enormous, comfy bed. Good base for first or last night and exploring the Reykjanes peninsular. Buffet breakfast. It's set back from a quiet road and has free parking. TV had a couple of UK channels.
