New stylish house with a beautiful landscape of Akuyeri with quality equipment, comfortable beds, shower coats, outdoor jakuzzi, great coffee machine, the hotel nearby where you may eat breakfast or etc, free parking. Small surprises as chocholate, milk for coffee or juice makes your stay even more comfortable. We would deffinitely return here

The views were stunning! It was an experience to stay in this cozy, colourful and clean yurt. It’s quite a hike up a steep hill from where you park your car and I can recommend just packing a small bag for the night. It depends on the yurt you have, we had the furthest one on the hill (with the best view). The toilet facilities were super clean. The bed was sooo comfortable and the breakfast just right for us.

The room was modern and comfortable with a luxurious feel, the hotel was very quiet when I visited so very peaceful and the hot tub was always free. Beautiful setting up in the mountain looking over the water and town below. On a clear night I could see the northern lights very well from right outside, although they’re easy to miss if you’re looking for green lights.. they actually look more like clouds until you look through a camera! The hotel is a 45 min walk from the Forrest lagoon (highly recommended and also the burger van in the car park!) and a 1.5 hour walk from Akureyri centre, it’s a beautiful walk if you’re able, plus I saw seals and a humpback whale en route. I really enjoyed my stay here, really good value for money and I would deffo recommend.
