THE PEOPLE! Hotel staff was attentive and paid attention to all our queries, assistance and basically our needs while we were there. Starting from Ketaki at front desk, our check in was smooth and she was very resourceful. She helped us a lot. Mr Vishnu, the IT man, who was prompt and effective with any glitches we had in the room. He'd be in the room within seconds of our calls. Restaurant staff!!!! The PRIDE of Novotel. Shahid Khan, Nikhil Bhatia, Momita, Mercy, Samjhana, Chef Rakesh, Pradeep, Akash and most important, our resident Tea Master, Mr Bajrang - they were exceptional and did their work with love, passion and DEDICATION!
