Great hotel. Room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. AC worked very well and the beds!! Oh those beds were so comfortable I didn't want to get out. The staff were all very friendly and very attentive too. Slightly far out of Chennai but such great value and a really good stay. The buffet breakfast was great also. Thanks Hotel Comfort Park!

WORST..........!!!!!!!! NEVER BOOK Because of the staffs attitude, When i and my Friend went there by booking thought booking. Com the kind hearted staff said they don't have rooms, I was wounding, if they don't have rooms, then please don't put in site and made us to wait in the RAIN and that too next day i had exam, at the time of fast check out again waiting

The room is very clean and the hotel is beautiful. Very close to the airport. The staff is very professional and ready to help. I would like to particularly highlight the help I received from the two receptionists at the time of checkout, namely Rajiv and Abhishek, who kindly helped with solving the lock on my suitcase. They went out of their way to call the engineering department, to look at my suitcase, which I didn't manage to unlock. The engineer came quickly and within minutes the problem was resolved. The also have a very friendly and kind driver who picked me up from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again in the future.

1) Hospitality - Great customer service. Mr Parthiban at front desk went over and above to please the customers. 2) Food - Amazing options - South / North Indian / American and Authentic Village food as well.. Cannot get any better 3) Cleanliness - Sparkling clean lobby, elevator and rooms 4) Comfort - Bed was not too hard / too soft. Just right. 5) Travel - Uber and Ola are available in a jiffy. Hotel travel desk rates are on the higher side (as expected). No complaints. Overall, worth every penny and it cannot get any better. Highly Recommended. Thanks MR Venkatesh Bhat and team.
