I had a mixed experience. The hotel is in a peaceful location with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a kitchen, making it convenient for longer stays. It’s also very close to IT companies in Siruseri, which is a plus. The staff was helpful and responsive, and the room had basic amenities like a geyser, kettle, TV, and AC. However, cleanliness was a major letdown. The floor felt sticky and uncleaned for days, making my feet black. The dustbin wasn’t cleared from the previous stay, and there were a few insects around. Another issue was the air conditioner, which looked very old and sounded like an age-old grinder, making it hard to get a peaceful sleep. Overall, a decent stay but overpriced given the cleanliness and maintenance issues. Would recommend only if they improve housekeeping and upgrade the AC units.

Loved the decor very quint and classy. I stayed with my family. We got a 2 bedroom apartment plus a connecting room. Everything was provided. We had a washing machine and dryer, induction cooker, and even scissors were provided. Clean. Loved the lobby sitting area for work and meeting friends.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Sholinganallur and the rooms were not only well-appointed but also meticulously maintained, showcasing a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The dining experience at Novotel Sholinganallur was also a highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a delightful array of culinary delights, and the staff's attentiveness added an extra layer of warmth to the dining experience. The quality of the food surpassed my expectations, and the diverse menu catered to a range of preferences. Hugh thanks to the exceptional services and warm hospitality provided by Bala, the F&B head and the entire staff.
