The very best part of Naddi Castle is the owner…..he is absolutely fabulous! He is helpful, kind, fun to be with, full of great information and his wife and he cooked us wonderful food. My room was large with many windows and views of the Himalayans. THIS LITTLE TREAT IS FAR AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF the markets etc, but easy to access through a quiet and green forest. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS STAY! AND I OWN HOTELS SO IM VERY FUSSY.

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and professional at breakfast, in the gym area. We didn't stay long enough in the hotel, but definitely would use more of the facilities next time. Would recommend this as the best stay in Dhramshala. Would definitely stay here again :)

I liked the entirety of the hotel services, be it the welcoming attitudes of the hosts or the proactivity of the staff throughout the day - very courteous, yet professional in understanding what a guest needs. The rooms were comfortable, and clean, and just loved the fact that towels were changed every day. The location of the hotel is the icing on the cake with such a 360-degree glamorous panorama of the Dauladar range, the beautiful valley of the lower Dharamsala a blissful view of His Holiness the Dalai Lama`s residence, just making our day contented and blessed. Extremely professional service.

In a serene location and room was fairly modern. Has a cafe on the roof. Clean bathroom and shower facilities. Towels, soap, slippers, water bottle provided. Friendly and professional staff. Manager? Sushant was also very helpful during my stay.
