Sohan, the receptionist, was an absolute star! He was really professional and helpful and made our stay fantastic. It's possible to order meals and dine on the rooftop which was a treat as the view overlooks Gwalior Fort. The food is absolutely outstanding as well. Different options for breakfast are offered which was nice as you could mix up your breakfast order. The haveli is away from the hustle and bustle of the market so you can get a good night's sleep too. Overall an excellent option for Gwalior.

Our 3rd trip to India, in 7 years and this has been a real gem of a hotel to find, geat value. ALL staff were excellent -friendly, professional, and helpful. Cleaning was immaculate. Even outside on the rooftop was clean, which is hard in the dusty location. Mattress was amazingly comfortable. Powerful shower and large fluffy towels - perfect. Quiet in a noisy locale. Special thank you to Poorva on front desk, she is amazing, helping us arrange a diver to sightsee, extending our stay, answering the phone, attending to other guests - multi-tasking genius and all with great efficiency and a smile, a real star at the hotel. Thank you also to the manager for making us feel welcome. Keep up your wonderful hospitality.

Aunty - the woman who manages the property is a very welcoming and nice woman. The property is clean, has hot water and looks like it is brand new or just after renovation. Very spacious and luxurious. Great value for money. It has a balcony and a rooftop space with a great view. Homemade delicious breakfast is served for an extra fee at request.
