Clean, homely, great value..........a wonderful stay. The hosts welcomed us with opened arms. The children enjoyed the pool every day, and we loved the location. Easy access around The Gambia via Coastal Road. We will be returning!

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and responded to every request very quickly. The lovely woman at the desk sorted out a local SIM card for me, and showed great determination in helping me set up my MiFi device before my work trip inland. The dinner buffet is very good - plenty of salad, tasty fish dishes (as well as many others) and a good variety of fresh fruit.

When we arrived at the hotel the staff was very accommodating, and welcoming. The room was lovely. The staff was very friendly and the manager. Nothing was too much trouble for them, exceptional service. The room was cleaned every day and our bedding changed frequently.

I have an amazing stay with my family very clean and comfortable accommodation which was well maintained , owner was very helpful and the environment was very friendly which soothes our needs. The most beautiful Hotel you can find in The Gambia. It is a delight for all lovers of good design. Comfortable and familiar. A place to relax and feel at home. Urban is a very good host. The healthy breakfast is highly recommended.
