We stayed here with our family and found the apartment to be extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The renovation is of high quality and the panoramic view over the park made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal — perfectly balanced between easy access to Kutaisi Airport and the city center. It was a wonderful base for our family trip, and we would happily stay here again.

Everything went smoothly. The apartment was spotless and everything seemed new. Extra bedding was provided considering irs winter. Communication was easy, payment was easy and done at the property and most important is that everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. Mariam made sure that everything was in order during the stay. A huge recommendation to anyone visiting Kutaisi.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hostel! Everything about it felt just right — neatly arranged, spotlessly clean, and designed with such smart attention to detail. It truly feels like home: cozy, calm, and welcoming in every corner. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linen, and the peaceful, silent atmosphere gave me the great sleep. What really makes this place special is the host, David. A genuinely kind-hearted, caring, and polite person who radiates warmth and creates an atmosphere of peace and harmony. You can feel that he’s put his soul into this space. And the price? Simply amazing. It’s hands down the smartest way to travel on a budget without ever compromising on the quality of your rest.
