This was awesome accommodation. Catherine was very welcoming, helpful and breakfast was wonderful. Grounds were very pretty. Highly recommended. Would love to return.

A fantastic location in the glorious Welsh countryside. Relax by watching the sheep or soaking in the hot-tub after a day exploring. Never stayed in a pod before, and we weren't disappointed. It was in a lovely pretty small historical town of north wales. every detail had been thought of and in new condition. The hot tub was amazing and extremely clean and well maintained. we even got to feed baby lambs on Easter Sunday brought to see us by the owner.

Beautiful and calm environment. We are working remotely and we wanted a change of scenery so we decided to book a long stay at the barn and work from the country side. The hosts were so welcoming and always there to help if we needed any help or any recommendations. The barn is beautifully set and decorated, it felt like our own home. Our dog had the time of his life, playing freely with the hosts' dog. The location is great, with many villages near it for food and groceries as well as amazing hiking spots. We left and 2 weeks later we were back and will definitely visit again! Couldn't recommend more

Found by chance, Ty Derw Country House at Ruthin is a real secret tip. Lovely arranged flat, everything has it's place and is well thought out. Beautiful landscape, very quite surrounding. John and Michelle have been very attentive. Thank you very much, we fully enjoyed our stay and will gladly recommend to others.

The room was ok. Clean and a good standard. Free parking and you can use the permit in some other areas too. The area is nice. A few good places to eat. Would stay again in this hotel but would pick a bigger room next time.

Very personally furnished house over two floors. It is clearly visible that the owner took a lot of effort to make her guests feel at home. Great communication and help when we needed logistical support. The shower is great and the bathtub almost too nice to be used. The courtyard is a cool opportunity to sit outside in the middle of the town. Various pubs with friendly people, a parking lot and a good supermarket around the corner -this accomodation was the highlight of our Wales trip. Ruthin and surroundings also exceeded our expectations.
