The service by the Staff is 6* if this was possible. Amazing contact and customer service when we had a long delay in Amsterdam. The apartment was fantastic, super quiet and looking into the train station meaning convenience was fantastic! Would definitely recommend this place If I had one tiny complaint, and its not, its purely feedback for the housekeeping, is that our bath was dirty and had alot of small black bits in we couldn't remove. But it was the day after new years and we saw how busy they had been!

    I booked the hotel because it was right next to the Metrolink station, with easy access to the city centre via tram, while also offering secure parking for the car. On arrival, I was upgraded to a balcony room with a view over the cricket ground, which I hadn't expected and which was very pleasant. Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast buffet was also good. The car park had a helpful attendant on duty. Would stay again!

    Easily accessible hotel by public transport just outside from the city centre. It’s a quiet setting with a lovely courtyard in the middle of the property. There’s car parking and off street parking. There’s also a large dinning area for buffet breakfast, that has amble choice. Key card to access the hotel after 7.30pm via a keypad.     Excellent staff service prior to visit, and clear directions for check-in online and check-out, making it easier to avoid any queues. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and functional. There was no street noise with windows closed. About a 10-15 minute walk into the Town Hall centre/trams and quite a bit further for the main shopping areas. Car parking nearby does not belong to the hotel but seemed fine and is only a couple of minutes walk away.

    Great location in the centre of Manchester within walking distance of restaurants and shops with plenty of secure parking nearby and lots of public transport options too. The flat was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return for another stay here and would recommend it to friends.

    loved the free parking , as there really isnt anywhere to park in city centre, car park was under the building but very adequate and easy to use, as we have a large 4 x 4, the lifts were also a bonus, we went to the AO Arena and it was in walking distance , and the town was in walking distance , the apartment was very clean and very nice, with lifts which was a bonus ,kitchen was well stocked with toaster , kettle, microwave etc, would reccommend these apartments, A star xxx
