Maria and the rest of the team from Castillo hotel are the most kind people I have ever met during my travel. They waited for us for later check in, explained us everything that is worth to see in Benidorm, she remembered out names :) Breakfast was amazing, location is great! They even gave us towels, sun umbrella and chairs for the beach. A bottle of water waited for us in the room, although we could use for 24 hours free water, coffee, tea, muffins etc. They stored our luggage after check out, which meant a lot to us. There was a fridge in the room and we could use microwave from the kitchen as well. Really a stay to remember and to repeat! Thank you Maria from Ana and Ljubica :)

    The property was in a good location to the old town. It had a good size balcony. All rooms were a decent size and well equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and went over and above. A public car park was close by and we received 2 days free parking. Although there was no swimming pool attached to the apartment you did get free passes to use hotel next door.
