The staff at reception were all incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming, and made my stay a true pleasure from the very beginning, helping me with a lot of information (it was my first time in Algeria) and with useful tips. Always with a smile. The hotel is also very well located, it does had a true boutique hotel feel and the breakfast is exceptional! The best cakes ever
