We were staying at Lafayette Alojamentos for a few days, and really enjoyed our stay there! The place really felt like a home for us: there was really clean, breakfasts were amazing, and the staff was really warm and kind. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and super helpful, it is close to the airport and only 5min walk to were the aluguers are stationed (25mins to Sta Maria is 100esc) and Palmeira is about 10mins drive

Perfect location next to stunning and quiet beaches. With a shared pool, restaurant/bar, and small shop all within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was well furnished with everything you would need including aircon, a hammock on the balcony, and although it wasn't mentioned on the listing when we booked, there is wifi that works well. The check-in and check-out process was simple and straightforward, and the host very friendly and quick to reply to messages. Everything was perfect, and I would highly reccomend this apartment for people visiting Cape Verde :)

What stood out was the extremely good service - late arrival by plane was accommodated with taxi pickup at the airport who could give us the keys to the property, then the manager stayed in contact with us on whatsapp until 1am and from 5am to inform us about the latest ferry schedule for the 7am ferry, all proactively without us asking for this, which allowed my family to sleep 1h longer in a very short night. Rooms and location are excellent value for money as well.
