We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful—he greeted us with fresh fruit and made us feel very welcome from the start. My fiancé and I were blown away by the TWO massive swimming pools surrounded by mountain views - we had romantic midnight swims under the stars! The location is unbeatable: just a 2-min golf cart ride to Zhangjiajie Forest Park entrance (yes, the cart waits for you!). Staff even arranged our hiking routes to avoid crowds. Breakfast noodles and freshly baked croissants were to die for. Already planning our anniversary trip back! P.S. Ask for Room 301 - best private balcony!

The staff, with special mention to Anthony, were exceptional. They were communicative, friendly and always ensured we had a plan for the day, ensuring we maximised our sightseeing time. Mary was an amazing host . Accommodation top notch , food fabulous and owner was helpful beyond belief. We had one and a half days in the park and managed to get to see the so much thank to the itinerary and support provided by our host Mary. She even realised we were running late for our train getting through through the park she suggested getting our driver she had booked for us to meet us at the exit point of the park. She goes beyond what you would expected of a host and we are so fortunate to have booked her homestay . We plan to come back 🙏

Dont’t hesitate, just book this accomodation! Because of the proximity to the west entrance you’ll be able to visit the park without waiting for cablecars or elevator. Lucas made us a 3d/4n trip (2 days Zhanjiajie, 1 day tianmen) and we think we’ve seen it all as this is something you only do once in a lifetime. Food in the hotel is great and enough variety to not get bored on day 3. Thank you Lucas and staff.
