Everything was great. Good location near train station. Staff at both front reception and restaurant were attentive and provided good information about Zermatt. The room and amenities are good. The double glass door and windows keep the room quiet even near to train station. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Zermatt/ Taesch.

We had a great time in this hotel! The room and the food were amazing, and the staff were very helpful and gave us good recommendations for train and cable car tickets and on differnent possibilities when it comes to hiking around Matterhorn. The hotel is located just a short walk away from the train station, hence one can get quite fast to Zermatt - and from where there are many options to get up into the mountains and enjoy a day full of nature.

Rather than a rental house, it feels like the owner is giving you his own home. It is a very well-maintained apartment that is ten minutes by tram to the city centre and half an hour on foot, and most importantly, you can find everything you need in the house. I highly recommend it.

The family room was spacious and offered a great view. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the game room, spa, and sauna facilities, which were absolutely amazing. The breakfast service was also excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

    Excellent property located in Tasch, which is a 10 minute train ride away from Zermatt. Tasch is also as far as most cars are allowed before Zermatt. Mr. Josip Lovric, the proprietor and host, is always available on phone or at the reception. The apartment had one bedroom and one sofa-bed (pull-out). There is a designated car parking space in the basement. The views outside are lovely to wake up to. The pictures of the inside of the apartment are accurate. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come again!

    Good rooms. Nice view from the balcony with quite neighborhood. Free parking and Railwaystation is nearby. Also, we walked in the nearby neighborhood and found a park where our kids enjoyed. Breakfast was good.

    Amazing view from balcony towards Matterhorn. The room was clean and there was blackout blinds for the windows. Free parking in garage under the hotel and 4 minute walk from the hotel to the train station taking you to Zermatt.

    Very good breakfast, and close to the train station to get to Zermatt. They also have a shuttle to take you directly there, which is cheaper than the train. Some updates and modernizations are being done. But not yet to all rooms, as ours was a little out of date. But still comfortable. Parking lot available in the building.

    Excellent location right across the train station with free secure parking at the property itself. Check-in process was really quick and we also had a quick dinner at the restaurant which was pretty good as well. On check out, I could leave my car in their car park till later in the day which allowed us enough time to visit Zermatt - I thought that was nice of them. The room itself was impeccably clean and smelled amazing.
