Parking right by the entrance, exceedingly helpful staff, a really beautiful room with everything you may need, a tasty breakfast with gluten free options and the hotel is in a great location. The manager and staff have a great attention to detail, it really shows. One of the best places we've stayed in so far.

So far this is the only hotel with room that look better in real life than in pictures! The family room is super spacious with separate living room and room. The living room can fit 2 cots for babies/toddlers. Super clean and new as well. Shower is strong and good. The staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast is good variety to start the day. Water is provided daily as well.

Everything was amazing. Beautifully decorated for Christmas (truly magical), clean, amazing, top notch and helpful staff. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants (we tried them all).     Great place. It is very big, three-levels apartment. Very cozy rooms, Very big bathroom and additional toilet with sunk. Convenient kitchen with equipment. Plenty of space. Big terrace with lake view. Nice view on the lake from room. Free parking place just right at apartments door. Internet connection worked fine (I had to restart router). TV set with cable TV. Supermarket nearby. 6 min walk to train station and 9 to the Lake. Wine yards everywhere.
