What truly makes this place special is the host – kind, welcoming, and genuinely warm. He adds a soul to the stay that no luxury hotel could ever offer. The rooms are simple. Breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was calm and intimate, and the view from the window and balcony was absolutely unforgettable. This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had, everything was great from our arrival. We were welcomed with a glass of wine in the sofa by the chimney during check in. We then stayed for excellent dinner at their restaurant La Torre - delicious pasta and tiramisù. Breakfast was abundant, with homemade cake, warm crunchy bread, and a cook who prepared eggs on the spot - would recommend the omelette. Staff members were really friendly! After a day of skiing in Zermatt, we could relax at the spa area, which was quiet and very well equipped (2 dry saunas, 1 humid sauna, jacuzzis, showers, an area for reading). Wish we would have stayed longer at this great hotel! Promised ourselves we will be back soon - grazie, merci for the stay Grächerhof!

Very nice place: good location, large rooms, cleanliness. The kitchen has a lot of things (including coffee) that can be useful for preparing breakfast or dinner. The owner is very polite, reliable and kind. In fact, I am in great admiration of the place and I got a lot of pleasure from staying there. Thank you, especially to the owner for your attention and care! I recommend it to others and I will definitely stay there next time! Thank you!
