What truly makes this place special is the host – kind, welcoming, and genuinely warm. He adds a soul to the stay that no luxury hotel could ever offer. The rooms are simple. Breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was calm and intimate, and the view from the window and balcony was absolutely unforgettable. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat full of heart, this is the place. Highly recommended.

The owner was extremely warm and friendly. The room was very well appointed and comfortable, and the location was great. (To be fair, in a place as small as Turtmann the location could hardly be bad, but being right by the church was lovely.) Breakfast was fantastic consisting of absolutely delicious local produce (very local!!). We were able to make tea and coffee in the kitchen area and had our own shelf in the fridge which was a very good idea and much apprecicated. I would be very happy indeed to stay here again.
