It's not boring and they make it to a point that every day there's something new or different from the selection. The place is clean! This place is run by the most friendly people I have encountered! I couldn't find a taxi to bring me to the airport on a local Armenian app, but the owner was still awake and ordered one for my on yandex at 3am (!). The rooms are on the second floor of their office / workshop where they restore carpets. You can admire all of the art books in the office when you check in. The room was very clean and comfy, thank you!

A great and cozy room with everything you need. My room faced a small river. The river itself is unremarkable, but if you like the sound of water, you will love the room. The hosts were very nice.
