We had a wonderful stay at Ferdinand Residence! The room was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. All the furniture and amenities were brand new, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was good, fresh, and varied. Delicious coffee included with breakfast (it's normal to pay for coffee from the bar if you want to), and warm pastries really made the mornings feel special. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet at night.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything looked brand new and was impeccably clean. The host was truly exceptional – incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. This hotel is brand new, rooms are really big and cozy. There is 2 minute walk to the beach and to the center. Breakfast is served at the restaurant next to the sea, breakfast is really good! I totally recommend staying at this hotel and in Himara!

Everything was done with such care and genuine kindness that it truly felt like home — only with everything perfectly taken care of. The place itself was beautiful, radiating peace and comfort. Our room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, made with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. Dinner was equally amazing — every dish was cooked with love, and you could truly taste it. We enjoyed every single moment from start to finish and would return without hesitation. Top stay to finish our holiday !! Luxury rooms, beautiful view on the bay from the "plaza" in front of the building, where also breakfast was served. Quiet location but still close to town and the beach. Highly recommended !!!

The property was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed- including air con, a secure parking space, and a balcony with a great view. Others have commented on the unpaved road up to the property. We found it to be fine and i would think that any car could manage it.

Our apartment was modern and clean. Breakfast is included in the price and it was made of home made products and fruits from the garden which were really good! There’s a free parking and a supermarket is 10 minutes away walking. You can also reach Himare centre walking
