The staff were wonderful - we had to reorganize our check-in time several times, and they were really nice and helpful. They even helped us send our luggage straight to Tokyo and were very attentive about a gluten allergy one of us has. The food was a solid 10 out of 10. We had an outstanding dinner and a traditional Japanese breakfast with all the small, beautifully presented dishes.

At the accommodation guests will find a wellness area, a hot tub and a hot spring bath. It was very good they had free drinks in the fridge very nice. And it was added daily. The onsen in the room was the highlight of the trip worth every penny. They were also very nice they add some candy for our honeymoon. Location for us was on point next kawaramacachi station and next to the market and the shopping area. The view from the hotel with greenery was very nice recommended to take high floors we had the 3rd not too bad. Very good for honeymooners I recommend you have a day or two to chill at the hotel.

The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. We loved it and would go again. It is a very unique experience and the family was so lovely.

It even had a genkan. Breakfast was a feast, with a view. The bath, particularly on the 4th floor, had a great view of the sea from above. Plenty of parking available. The guy at the reception who checked us in was fun and friendly, and spoke good English.
