The hotel was very clean both in the public areas and the hotel room! Staff was very kind and professional. They were very accommodating and well versed in different languages. Also the onsen experience was very good and not intimidating. Clean and easy facilities to use. The supplied robes were quite lovely. Staff was super friendly. Location is fantastic for great shopping and not far from various temples by taxi. Really fun organic/specialty grocery store across the street. Pretty view from the rooftop bar (which also boasts a foot soak option!). Good powerful shower and nice smelling bathroom amenities.

Best place we stayed in during almost a month of travel. Comfortable beds, nice and spacious room, everything amazing. We took room with a private bath and foot bath because we didn't know what the stance about tattoos was in this onsen, and I am pretty heavily tattooed. Apparently, it's not a problem! We still stayed in a private bath, but it was nice to know that there is an option.

The onsen in the room was the highlight of the trip worth every penny. They were also very nice they add some candy for our honeymoon. Location for us was on point next kawaramacachi station and next to the market and the shopping area. The view from the hotel with greenery was very nice recommended to take high floors we had the 3rd not too bad. Very good for honeymooners I recommend you have a day or two to chill at the hotel.

The asian breakfast was superb, i went downstairs to 2F and it was waiting for me with a ticket with my name 🥰 The staff was kind and friendly and very helpful. I loved the cozy and personal atmosphere, and the view of the sea/harbor from my room was amazing.
