El Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya se encuentra en Kusatsu. El alojamiento está situado a 10 minutos a pie de Kusatsu Yubatake y de la terminal de autobuses de Kusatsu-Onsen. La situación del hotel es inmejorable y el personal fue super amable y atento, incluso llegamos nos dejaron una nintendo retro conectada a la televisión para poder jugar aunque llegamos tarde. Nos enseñaron a usar el onsen privado de nuestra habitación porque el agua viene hirviendo de la montaña. Aunque no se contrate la habitación con baño privado, el hotel tiene tres onsen privados que los huéspedes pueden usar. Incluso nos llevaron en coche a la estación de autobuses porque había empezado a nevar. También tienen dispensador de cafe, te y una maquina expendedora de bebidas así como microondas para los huéspedes en la zona común. Si volvemos a Kusatsu seguro que repetimos hotel.

BUNA KUSATSU Onsen Inn, que está a 47 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani y a 15 km de Mt. Kusatsu Shirane, ofrece habitaciones en Kusatsu. Pequeño hotel bien renovado con una bonita área común y un par de bañeras privadas ( para 2) con agua termal. Está muy limpio y en una zona tranquila, residencial. Los WC y duchas son compartidas, pero hay dos en cada planta y están muy limpios .Es un sitio recomendable.

Oyado Yukizumi se encuentra en Kusatsu, a 46 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Este alojamiento libre de humo está a 14 km de Mt. This little Ryokan-style hotel was so nice that I missed it very much after leaving Kusatsu Onsen. I have stayed in a total of 14-16 hotels all over Japan by now (over the years) and this is easily one of the best (if not the very best). I appreciated the vegetarian breakfast very much: it was very elegant as well as nutritious. They also checked the ingredients with me. The wide Tatami mat area exceeded expectations: I could relax with panoramic views of the snow capped mountains while dining or just working (digital nomad-ing was easy with fast wifi). There were many drawers and cupboards: storage space was never an issue. The Toto Smart toilet was more advanced than those variants in 5-Star hotels. The hotel is proximate to all the important places and just opposite the bus stand: I only just had to cross the road with my luggage. I also discovered multiple short routes to Yubatake every single day (I stayed for three days). The same family/organisation also operates the Yume Hana restaurant next door and guests of Oyado Yukizumi receive a complimentary beverage service while dining in Yume Hana. The Yukata they provide is very nice and I wore the same to the main Onsens in the area. The staff are very caring and kind hearted, for example, when I was leaving, seeing that it was raining, they asked me to take their umbrella with me (I declined the same). Later, I missed the level of kindness and attention to each individual guest I received while staying here - that is something you will not get from large branded hotels. Thank you, Oyado Yukizumi, I was very touched.

Kusatsu Hotel Bekkan Wata no Yu (Adult Only) está en Kusatsu, a 45 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani y a 14 km de Mt. Kusatsu Shirane. Todo estaba muy cuidado, el personal fue muy amable, y la ubicación es perfecta. El desayuno tradicional estaba delicioso. Fue el hotel que más nos ha gustado de nuestro viaje por Japón. 🥰

Chigira Jinsentei está en Shibukawa, a 46 km de Usui Pass Railway Heritage Park, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y bar. Hospitality despite of language barrier. Superb service and excellent comfort in extreme weather condition.

Minakamisansou se encuentra en Minakami, a 36 km de Estación de esquí Gala Yuzawa, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. - Cleanliness and Service: The Ryokan was impeccably clean, and the staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. - Panoramic Lounge View: The view from the lounge was spectacular. We arrived to a stunning sight of Tanigawa Mountain, which immediately set a serene tone for our stay. - Room Ambiance: We stayed in the "Tachibana" room, named after flowers. It was quiet, peaceful, and surprisingly spacious. The overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing city getaway. - Private Onsen: The private onsen was the highlight of our stay, offering a tranquil and rejuvenating experience. - Dining Experience: Both dinner and breakfast were impressive, with beautifully prepared and delicious meals.

Soumeian está en Kusatsu, a 47 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y salón de uso común. El alojamiento se encuentra a 15 km de Mt. Everything was fantastic. The ladies that greeted us were so adorable, the room vas spacious and very clean. We could choose the color of yukata and we could go to town and public onsens in it, also had baskets for towels. Breakfast is another experience in privet room that has a view on small garden. And charming older lady serves breakfast with many delicious thing in small plates. location for us vas perfect, ryokan is close to the Otaki no yu onsen, which we loved the most, and to Yubatake is 13 minutes walk.

Sekizenkan Kashotei Sanso se encuentra en Nakanojo, a 49 km de Estación de esquí de Naeba y a 36 km de Ishidan-gai Steps. Ofrece alojamiento con jardín y wifi gratis, además de parking privado gratis.... What an amazing stay in such a historic ryokan. It is the oldest ryokan in Japan, so, as you can expect, there will be some signs of age in the common areas/hallways. However, our rooms were modern and the hospitality and meals were absolutely 5*!! Loved it.

El Houshi Onsen Chojukan está situado a orillas del río Houshi y ofrece un baño termal público, alojamientos de estilo japonés con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y platos de cocina japonesa. Este alojamiento es increíble, muy auténtico y con mucho encanto. Los baños son preciosos y super relajantes. La habitación era enorme y tenía hasta un sillón de masajes.

El Oyado Tamaki cuenta con baños de aguas termales cubiertos y al aire libre y un jardín tradicional con bancos. Nice location, gorgeous facilities. The ambiance is soothing and the meals are absolutely delicious. We experienced Japanese customer care like never before. The baths are amazing with an indoor and outdoor area, and the amenities are all you could ask for.
