The entire staff was exceptional especially Ellen Carl - she was so wonderful and made us feel so at ease and well taken care of - we had 7 rooms booked and everyone was extremely happy with accommodations. The valet guys were also excellent - We had an amazing breakfast at Panorama on Seven and even though they were short staffed the service was top notch and the food was incredible (we too pictures lol) - the location is ideal and we will never stay anywhere else when in Buffalo- thank you for the wonderful experience! Ask Ellen if she misses us -

The hotel is across from a New York police station, just around the corner of Penn Station. We felt safe walking home late at night, even though a man was sleeping on the sidewalk during the afternoon hours. We were able to do our laundry in the hotel. Everything was clean to satisfaction. The beds were comfortable.
