The whole experience was positive especially the staff at the reception and concierge.

A great option for economical travelers. Independent registration, detailed instructions for settlement in the room, we were clear to us. A pleasant bonus was to get coffee and croacan for breakfast in the room. Clean, quite convenient for two people. A common bathroom next to the number. For a couple of nights, a decent option in Rome.

I was very surprised that I got a better experience for a better value than I had from Marriottin the days preceeding my visit. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Despite bad comments about the location I relly liked that I had several buses and one tram to take me anywhere in the city.

They communicated with us prior to arrival, gave us the codes to get in, very simple registration on arrival and a comfortable room with a safe and ensuite bathroom.
